General Membership Meeting on Monday, February 03, 2020
Krisi Bassetti called the meeting at 6:47.

A. Reading and Approval of Minutes – Christina Gilfert and Kristi Bassetti
B. Reports of Officers:
a. Treasurer’s Report
a. We are waiting for the check to go through for the caterer and head tax.
b. CWCA
a. The next meeting will be on February 19. It will be an in person.
c. BAYCL
a. Christina was nominated to the be BAYCL’s secretary.
b. Stunt Training will be on Monday, August 3. It will be a four hour training. Kristi and new coaches will attend.
c. Registration and placement of squad levels will be based off the Conrad Weiser Kindergarten registration date of August 31.
C. CWCA- Old News:
a. Calendar Dates for Season- Pictures might be moved to the first week of school during practice.
b. Zumba Fundraiser- Kristi is waiting to hear back from the school to see if we have approval.
D. New News:
a. Reach out to football club- Kristi will reach out to discuss dates and gather feedback from last season to help us plan for next year.
b. Fundraising- We will look into the Works during the end of the school year/summer.
c. Use of Facilities- Kristi will submit the rest of the season’s UOF’s.
d. Practice schedule-We will be changing the practice schedule. Competition practices will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Football practice will be Thursdays. Flag will remain the same and be on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
e. Uniform deposit- Kristi proposes that we change the uniform deposit to check only. The prices will be increased to $50 for flag and $100 for Mighty Mites through Midgets due to the number of uniforms not returned in previous seasons. The motion was approved so the change will go into effect for the 2020 season.
f. Website- We will update the site to be prepared for the opening day of registration which is March 23. Kristi requested that Christina asks for the date of birth and grade level to be stated instead of squad level. We also need to have the parents list the name of the school their daughter attends. Christina will look into which forms could be added to the website. This will greatly decrease the amount of paper that we print and hand out as well as the need to have the folders.
g. Registration- It will be open March 23 and go until April 27. We will purchase signs through Rockhound to place throughout the community to advertise for registration.
